How to place an order


The amounts do not include VAT

The order is made through the website www.eurostampsandtrains.it. Before you can place an order you must register on the site: fill out the registration form with all the data requested, and you will receive an e-mail with the registration confirmation and your access data to your e-mail address. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail containing the summary of the items you have requested, and the total amount you will have to pay (shipping costs included). The items will be shipped in the manner indicated in the shipping paragraph to the address indicated by you in the order form once you have made the payment (see the paragraph on payment methods). If the payment is not made after 72 hours from placing the order, your order will be canceled.


In the event that the order placed is not fully processed due to the unavailability of one or more items you requested (the missing items will be specified at the bottom of the order form receipt), you can choose to get a bonus for the value of the unsent product (s), bonus that you can use in another of your purchases (to be made no later than 31/12 of the same year); alternatively, the missing products will be sent to you as soon as possible, with shipping costs that will be borne entirely by us.

Shipping costs are calculated once, and depend on the total weight of the items you ordered: If the total weight of the items you requested is less than or equal to 1 kg, the shipment will be made by international registered mail; otherwise, the shipment will be made by courier. If you want the items you ordered to be shipped to you via insured, contact us at our email info.stampsandtrains@gmail.com expressly asking that you want insured shipping: you will receive a new email with the total price to be paid updated (NB- insured shipping are equal to the shipping costs by registered mail or parcel, increased by 2.50 euros for every 50 euros or fraction insured) For orders over € 1000, shipping costs are free.


Terms of payment

The following payment methods are accepted:

1.- Bank Transfer

2.- Postepay card (in this case the amount will be increased by € 1 for Poste Italiane commissions)

3.- Paypal (in this case the total amount will be increased by 5% for Paypal commissions). In the e-mail that will be sent to you, you will be indicated the bank details of the current account, the number of the Postepay card, or the Paypal address to which you can make the payment, depending on the choice you have made.


Sending items - Transport and delivery

Items will be shipped out within 72 hours after receiving your payment. The items will be shipped to the address you indicated in the order form. If the total weight of the items you requested is less than or equal to 1 kg, the shipment will be made by international registered mail; otherwise, the shipment will be made by courier.


Returns - refunds

You can request the exchange of the items purchased by you and not to your liking, or the return of what you have paid, within 10 working days of receiving the goods. To obtain the exchange or refund, the products must be returned with their original packaging. In case you opt for the exchange of the goods, we ask you to specify which product you want to be changed. Changes are subject to stock availability.

We will not accept the return of manipulated products. In this regard and to avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to check that the package or registered letter are hermetically sealed before opening them.


Presents

The items can also be sent as a gift, to the delivery address that you will indicate in the order form. To do this, you must indicate in the "notes" field of the order form the name of the recipient and the exact shipping address, as well as your contact telephone number.


Complaints and disputes

Complaints must be sent to our e-mail info.stampsandtrains@gmail.com, indicating in the subject "Complaint". We accept requests for complaints only if the items sent by us have been lost or if it is indicated that the package / registered letter has been delivered open To proceed with the processing of the complaint request, we will need the declaration of fraudulent opening of the package drawn up by the post office, as well as a copy of the complaint made to the competent police bodies.
